This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") is entered into by and between smartwais and its clients ("Client"). This Policy sets forth the terms and conditions under which smartwais will refund fees paid by the Client for web hosting, VPS hosting services.
Money-Back Guarantee
Smartwais offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for its webs, VPS hosting services. If the Client is not satisfied with smartwais' services within the first 30 days of signing up, the Client may request a refund. To request a refund, the Client must contact smartwais' customer support team within 30 days of signing up, by using the client area URL as received via email when the Client applied for the service. Smartwais will process the refund promptly and with no questions asked.
Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable under this Policy:
- 0.1. Fees paid for domain purchases or transfers
- 0.2. Consulting fees
- 0.3. Software licenses
- 0.4. Custom-made software
- 0.5. Setup and installation fees
- 0.6. Fees paid on special offers and discounts

If the Client wishes to request a refund or has any questions or concerns about this Policy, the Client should contact smartwais' support team. The customer support team is available via email at support@smartwais.com. Smartwais will respond to all inquiries as promptly as possible.
Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Amendments
Smartwais reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes to this Policy via email or by posting a notice on smartwais' website.
